Half way to my first SP target ............. Thanks to you guys!!

Ok, so when I started here on a friend's advice in December 2017 I set myself goals. My first big goal, which I knew was going to be tough, was to reach 500SP, then look on to building it to 1000SP. I didn't do anything stupid like set myself time limits, but I'm really chuffed to say that I'm over the half way point to my first 500SP

I felt a bit bad that I couldn't afford to invest any money, I'm an arts based photographer and a musician, and you've heard all the jokes like the guy who went to the doctors and complained about being fatigued and a bit weak and trembley, and the doc says, "Oh, ok. What do you do for a living?" The guy replies, "I'm a musician", and the doctor says "Ahah!! No problem! Here's 10$, go get some food." ............ groan.

However, although I haven't been able to find money for investing, I have invested myself, my photography and my music, and I don't intend withdrawing any SBD or powering down, I'm in this for the long term, I love it here at Steemit'

Just wanting to share my excitement about getting past the half way hurdle to my first major target.

Well, I don't have spare money lying around for such things as investments, in fact I'm really quite broke at the moment, but although I've been slowed down, post wise, the past few weeks with a badly frozen shoulder and grieving important losses in life I plan to continue investing myself and my creativity as much as I can, which I know is a valuable aspect of steemit. I have several creative ideas and posts in mind already and I'll be sharing them with you in the very near future.

I'd just like to say a huge thanks to those who have showed continued support and appreciation for my music in the Hive account@openmic and my photography, I don't want to mention names, but you guys know exactly who I mean, and have really made me feel part of the family. A family I hope to become more influential in as my SP grows, so that I can put back in and help to curate others and spread further good vibes around these amazing communities here at Steemit.
