Tonight, we received a call from a fellow Steemian, 
Hive account@sylviategan, inquiring as to whether or not we would accept Steem dollars as payment for a couple of portrait sessions. Uhm...does a bear shit in the woods?!? Lol! We were ecstatic at the idea of this proposal! Not only do both parties benefit from this transaction, but it stimulates a small, yet meaningful part of the Steemit economy and provides future creative content for all of us! :) :) :)

It's so amazing that this community has implemented an outlet for people to connect through various trades and that it provides the currency to do so! We are absolutely thrilled to be paid in Steem for doing something that we love!
