This morning I noticed that had finally enabled SBD and STEEM deposits so I tried to test them out for the first time. I transferred 10 SBD about 3 hours ago and they still haven't credited the SBD into my account.
I opened up a ticket about 10 minutes after and this was their response:
Dear Markus,
I am very sorry to inform you that we are currently experiencing a momentary problem with the wallet and had to disable it for maintenance.
As soon as the wallet is re enabled your deposit will credit.

It's been 3 hours and nothing is still showing up.
Please consider sharing this with your friends to avoid unnecessary headaches. I will let you guys know as soon as my SBD is credited to my account.
