We are not far from familiarizing ourselves with these definitions, since to debate between quality and quantity is something that is present in many of the aspects that surround our lives, as an example I place my university career, Engineering, They do not serve mountains of mediocre work when really What companies expect from us is that we are productive. But what is it to be productive? to know really where you want to go and the means or resources that you have available to carry out effective work. Whether or not the quantity is better than the quality?, and this applies to any job.
Let's talk about time with our children or with our partners, even when the day to day is so busy, we must have time for the people we want, in this space I include couples and children, we must consider that it is not the number of hours we spend next to them but the quality of the moments lived, in the children particularly marks precedents, we all remember specific and important moments with our parents in childhood, or as a couple, we remember that exit with interesting conversations with complicit laughter. Is not it better to spend hours and hours together without having anything interesting to say or what to do?, Let's dedicate quality time, moments to love and be loved.
