Participate in all possible activities IRL (It means In Real Life for those who do not know like me, there are still few :-D) like Meetups (and SteemFest!). Meet people in real life, it creates a link, so people will be better able to follow you (and so you upvot!).
Launch a crazy idea to the community. For example, I saw one of my compatriots,
