It looks like Steemit Inc. Employee @Val-A has started powering down a few million Steem! Will it effect the price?

Why does he need to power down both Hive account@val-a and Hive account@val-b at once? Does he REALLY need to sell 400,000 Steem per week? Does Hive account@michael-a also belong to him? However Hive account@michael-b is not powering down. Will the Poloniex and Bittrex whales buy out the dump or will the price drop from this? Or maybe he's just waiting for a megapump to cash out some liquid Steem.
