So we just had a crazy and funny night together with my fellow Filipino steemians. To all who were invited and didn't come, "wawa..."
So what's the importance of being within a team in a blockchain? For me and my Team Philippines, the number one importance and aim were the same. Guess what?

To create synergy where the combined effects of the team is very far greater than the sum of each one's effort, skills, talent, and productivity.
For Hive account@teamphilippines, synergy in Steemit is "more money" so being said in short,

"We help each other grow and eventually become rich people."
