This is a proposal/enquiry post. My first question to Hive account@ned if am opportuned to meet him and any of the stakeholders like Hive account@dantheman , Hive account@abit or Hive account@berniesanders will be : How can we reconcile all the steems lying fallow in all the dead accounts? How i also wish the likes of Hive account@pfunk, Hive account@roadscape and all the household names have mentioned and the ones i did not look into this if it is humanly and programmingly possible.

Few days ago out of curiousity and to be sure if my assertions where right so i ventured to ask Hive account@pharesim what happens to all the Steems in all inactive accounts, and to my shock he said: they are all gone. Here is a screenshot of our chat:

After reading this genius post from Hive account@noisy We hacked into 11 Accounts, i was hoping to propose to Stsemit if this guys and many like him could be contacted for this task. The task is simple, recovering all Steems in accounts that had been dead for 6months and beyond.

I am just alarmed at the number of inactive accounts on steemit- What happened to these guys? Are they all good? Why are they leaving?. Seeing a particular name in one of Hive account@stellabelle 's post "Hive account@guerrit", ring a bell? She made that first make up tutorial video on steemit and it was a Tornado for her, and here i am almost 3months old on steemit and i couldn't communicate with her and ask her some encouraging tips.

As at the time of compling this post she had been active 5months ago. What about the other users you and i don't know? This is what has been going on in my mind since checking out Hive account@guerrint profile, what if steemit could figure out a way of getting all this dead account steem out into the system? By contracting the likes of Hive account@noisy and his cousin, Hive account@jesta, Hive account@officialfuzzy, Hive account@mynameisbrian and some other fantastic tech maestros i could not mention. If Hive account@noisy could figure out a way to change password of compromised account and savely protect about 11 accounts funds according to his post, i strongly believe this is achievable.

I stumbled up an amazing tool created by Hive account@mynameisbrian, you can check your active followers as well as inactive ones. Check it out here: all you need to do is punch in your username and viola, it shows you all your inactive followers.

How do we help stop this people from leaving steemit hereby renderinf so many accounts dormant and funds in it valueless? Except some rare cases of users forgetting their passkeys. So how can steemit retract these funds back into the system or reward pool which ever case it is.

I know i can be extremely and sometimes stupidly inquisitive, but alas this is for a just cause, and i hope my nosiness might trigger some actions to recover some of this Steems lying fallow in all this dead accounts and maybe this might boost the price of steem upward closer to the $5 USD i predicted it will be in few weeks. I still stand on my forecast, and we gonna get there in a jiffy!
