Industry Analyst Pan Jiutang reveals his analysis of the reasons. According to him, Xiaomi flash sale strategy is closely related to the problem on the company's supply chain.
As reported by KompasTekno from Digit, Tuesday (19/06/2018), Jiutang said that Xiaomi's supply chain is still relatively small, so difficult to keep up with demand and its own popularity.
One solution is to apply a flash sale strategy, which makes their new smartphone sold out in a matter of minutes. Along with the ludesnya supply, the company is preparing a new supply.
