At first she has posted Anna's photo in a white T-shirt with the photoshoped Steemit logo.
After the guys caught her - she hastened to remove this photo.

I'm Lesya,I'm Ukrainian and I'm 22
then name was changed to Polina.
In comments she has placed a link on her instagram polinaporfenkova3742, in which she was named as Polina (so she changed name in text), but uses Anna's photos. The first photo was uploaded 6 days ago, that is, she is planned in advance.
Funny that despite such a blatant lie, and the fact that she was caught - she continues to assert that it was she, that's what it means to lie until the end =)
