Pancake Banana Chocolate Rolled Cheese
Material:
- 3 bananas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 10 tablespoons of versatile flour
- 10 tbsp white liquid milk
- ½ teaspoon baking powder double acting
- 6 tbsp of granulated sugar
How to make:
In large containers smear bananas using a fork until it becomes mush. Enter vegetable oil, sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended. Enter the liquid milk and stir again.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Enter into the banana dough bit by bit until it runs out while stirring slowly and mixed evenly.
Heat pan non-sticky, put margarine / butter 1 tablespoon until melted. Pour the pancake dough 1 spoon of vegetable and flatten it with the spoon back. Cook until many bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, turning pancakes. Do this until the pancake dough runs out.
Sprinkle enough grated cheese on the surface of the pancake and then roll. Ready to serve while warm
