I believe it's simply noganoo upvoting them. It would be nice if Hive account@ubg would take action to remove the access noganoo has to his accounts. It's irresponsible not to, after being informed that they're being used to attack the network by someone who has threatened physical attacks or violence to many people here, including a broad threat to Steemfest.
