@phortun´s Monday Spotlight presents Steemian of the Week: @mrprofessor

Hi there my Steemit friends and followers!

Welcome to my Monday Spotlight where I promote some of your interesting and inspirational Steemit fellows that I have been privileged to know and call friends (at least here in the Steemit world I mean :))

This time around, my Steemian of the Week and the person that I would like to introduce you to is Arthur aka Hive account@mrprofessor.

Arthur is my favorite Brazilian buddy here on Steemit. I started following him a couple of months ago and have been enjoying his content ever since.

Similarly to Hive account@holm who I introduced you to in this post, Hive account@mrprofessor is also what I call an extreme cyclist. These guys basically use their bikes to travel to places where normal people drive or fly. Cycling is one of Arthur´s biggest passions so he decided to unite all the Steemit bikers and their posts under the tag #cyclefeed where Hive account@mrprofessor is the main admin and curator. In addition to that, he is also one of the curators at #travelfeed.

Arthur used to be writing most of his posts before (and I totally love his style - his written posts are always funny and very enjoyable) but he seems to be switching a bit more to videos lately so his biking posts now look like, for example, this.

When Hive account@mrprofessor decides to pull out a written post though, you can expect a perfectly organized and well elaborated piece of writing illustrated with top-notch photos taken by Arthur himself, such as this post about the Maesteri Glacier. As you can see, Hive account@mrprofessor is an amazing photographer so it is not surprising that he is also a regular winner of many different photo contests organized throughout the platform.

Arthur has recently also plunged into the world of translation as he started to translate Portuguese - English texts for Utopian. You can find some here and here.

An avid hiker, camper and outdoor enthusiast, Hive account@mrprofessor cares about the environment so you can sometimes find him collecting trash in his neighborhood - thumbs up for that buddy, I really appreciate your conservational efforts :) Oh and he does product reviews too! Quite an all-around dude this Hive account@mrprofessor, huh? :)
