I have been in quite a few airports of late and if you know me then you know I don't buy things almost ever, especially in airports!

However if you know me then you also know style/fashion is a passion for me. I have a great respect for the aesthetics of many companies/brands such as Gucci yet cannot support them because they are grossly unsustainable and literally raping the people and land of this earth. 

This is why I started my own clothing line, jewelry line, hand made knifes accessories etc. So that I could have nice, fashionable, high quality and more importantly, sustainable/honorable/ethical gear!

Also because I love Steem/Steemit so much I make the most sustainable SteemGear in the world and have designed over 100 unique hand made SteemGear items! You can see this hand made custom white leather Steem Suit I made for SteemFest 2 in Lisboa!

However just for fun I figured as I was in an airport for over 12 hours I may as well play around in the Gucci store/dressing room and see what this world class high fashion was all about! The dressing room was very sleek, clean and luxurious. 

So first off here I am in the dressing room in my black leather outfit that I put together for SteemFest of which much of the clothing and jewlery/accessories are part of my line of which I designed and made my self or had made in high sustainable fashion!

As you can see I am wearing a custom made black leather SteemCap. One of at least 25 different SteemCaps I have made over the year. 

So thats my outfit of which is obviously far more sustainable but does it pass the style test?

Now here is me in the $2,500 leather jacket. Which is a bit expensive but I have sold my custom leather jackets and pants for almost that much before as well. So its not really about the price.

Well its pretty cool for sure, very well made, high quality materials and a good cut.  Though maybe its just cause of my crazy look/style, but I think my sustainble hand made leather jacket looks at least as good as this one does. 

Either way there is no chance that I would contribute $2,500 to an unethical and unsustainable corp as Gucci though I bless them and do respect their high end fashion.
