I can be very random and spontaneous, but if I were to label something as a 'niche', I think my greatest emphasis has been on two topics:

1. sentiments, self reflection, and feelings
2. Healthcare and medicine

I know they'r both poles apart from each other, but one is who I am, and the other what I do (I love my field, absolutely loved practicing as a doctor, and miss it dearly these days...)
