I DON'T UNDERSTAND STEEMIT EARNING YET

I DON'T UNDERSTAND STEEMIT EARNING YET because I see lots of steemit user whose post in lots of upvote and comment but income
is nothing like to their blog. but I see lots of people whose post in few upvote and comment
but the result is too more money is compare then their upvote and comment.

I am new user. and I am not experience yet but I see.

please explain me what does matter the earning money in steemit. pls reply me /
