This past weekend we decided to take a walk through the mountain area of our beloved state of Aragua (Venezuela). There is nothing more rewarding than enjoying fully the land that saw you born.
We embarked on our vehicle (made in China) and we started to enjoy the so-called "Aleman people of Venezuela" better known as "The Tovar Colony".
The Colonia Tovar is a town that was founded in 1843 by immigrant German brothers and today is a must for those in Venezuela who want to enjoy a small portion of Germany on Creole land.
Climbing Tovar through Victoria, you can enjoy beautiful mountain scenery and extreme activities such as paragliding. The views are beautiful and the weather is nice
When you arrive to the town you get the feeling of being in another country, its people are nice, its exquisite cuisine and its very peculiar infrastructure.
Visiting it and not having tasted its delicious strawberry with cream is having wasted time
In their many little shops you can buy beautiful souvenirs that would decorate their homes.
We are happy to be in such a beautiful place and in our home, VENEZUELA.
Blessed!
