I have to not bite my tongue on this one, normally I just let trolls do their thing but when you slip into my profile and say I should have my ass kicked, that to me is crossing a huge line on myself or with the Steemit community.

As a warning to the good souls here in Steemit who are here to be mature productive members of crypto. We have a user named Hive account@joejustjoe who I was just graced with one of his famous harassments, a pure troll trying to make a good day stupid. Basically he is not a real crypto user, he is one of those fiat guys who came in here to harass users and down play your usage of cryptocurrency. In most cases I would have just said hell with the guy and ignored him but he put a little slip in a comment that guys like me should have my ass kicked for investment choices and that little gray line to me was crossed.

It was a sly off the cuff remark which is borderline threat and just more or less a weak play at trolling but that is not why I decided to post up about this situation. Me, I am a guy with a past for handling my own and honestly guys like this are so easy to deal with on a normal basis of ignore and move on.

The main reason I am posting about this is this, I decided to check up on old Hive account@joejustjoe because I have worked in a coin before and wanted to be sure this isn't stemming from past troll issues and come to find out via his comment section that this guy is literally running around harassing as many people as he can. That erks me pretty bad to see that someone is just going around and harassing innocent Steemians just posting about their love for crypto and no one is calling it out for some weird reason.

Normally I wouldn't even post about the drama, but I have been seeing a few trolls pop up lately and it is what it is but I am starting to grow concerned for this platform. Its starting to get very common place due to them getting away with it. I did not come to Steemit to be harassed by anyone, if it keeps up I personally may have to say enough is enough for me with it. I came here out of refuge from people like this on mainstream social media, I do not provoke people and put a ton of effort into helping Steemians out but all that can end if I see this platform run amok with trolling idiots who want to attack me for presenting an article in a manner of engaging conversation vs engaging drama which I do not do.

I will deal with this as it comes but this guy is clearly out to make Steemit a joke to use. Today's events has compiled with already my decreased earnings to now have to wonder if I post if I will deal with troll harassment so I think a nice break is coming soon if it keeps up. What was once fun is become a huge headache for me but hopefully this platform figures a huge way to rule out such events on users who mind their own business not harassing others.
