Ingredients:
2.5 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tsp sugar
3 green chilli
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
3 cups water for mixture and sugar syrup
2 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking
1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
10 curry leaves (kadi patta)
1 tsp citric acid (nimbu ka phool) or 1 tsp lemon juice
For The Garnish:
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
