What is ShadowChat?
A real time chat which uses your steem account to sign and if needed encrypt messages between you and other users. This opens the ability to have group chats that every member is verified by their steem account as well as private messages no one else can see!
How is this different than other chats I see?
Most chats people use for steemit are 3rd party software that do NOT use your steemit account. This means you are no actually able to verify you are talking to who they claim to be on steemit! The few chats that do utilize steem are not real time, they are more like email and require waiting, memos, and get lost in the sauce. ShadowChat's goal is secure, real time chat that is useful for all!
Is there a white paper?
We will be releasing over the next 2 weeks our "Shadow Paper" (white paper).
What do I need?
You will need a steem account in order to use ShadowChat. There will be no fees associated with ShadowChat!
