The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (IT) Research Institute (IT) has released the first global report on related blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies. This is the first time cryptocurrency officially released, which will now be released every month. In the first edition, they assessed the usefulness of 25 cryptocurrency and ICO coins.
Three incidators they use for evaluation

Ethereum has the best general index / rank

It ranks third best in each of the three indicators. When it comes to measuring block-making time, ethereum is regarded as the fastest technology.
Bitcoin is almost in 12th place
