Steemit has just released their downvote button, you may have noticed it as the red upside-down upvote button (Next to the upvote button of course)
What is this new button for?
The downvote is intended for use by the community to help stop spam posts on steemit, things like harassment bullying and other stuff.
When should I use the button?
when you see any post that is spam harassment towards others or the community or any form of bullying that you feel should not be encouraged on steemit. hit that downvote button to help steemit become a better place for everyone.
