I just found this thread on Bitcointalk called "Let's Build Together-Earn $100/Day On Steemit". They say "upvote each others contents every day and see how the money hugs you.." I expect they will be disappointed. You don't make big money by getting fellow minnow to vote up your posts. At best you will make cents and everyone will get frustrated. It's a lot of work for little return.
A better approach, IMHO, is to focus on posting about what interests you and finding others who share that interest. That way you will build a following who actually care about what you write and your own feed will be worth looking at.
Yes, I know some people can make hundreds on every post, but they are not typical. The big 'whales' are not going to indulge in this sort of thing.
As I've said before, make Steemit fun, so you want to come back regardless of the rewards. When you earn something it will be a bonus. I made bugger all for the first few months, but I made lots of connections and gained new friends.
I won't be reaching out to those on that forum as they may just accuse me of spoiling their fun. They can learn the hard way.
Steem on!
