Amanda of DASH versus Mitchell (VP Marketing of Steemit)
The steemit editor has some issues, so formatting has flaws!
Part One
In today's comparison, we will compare a 1.09 mins video by and two of his comments, to a 10.30 min video by Amanda B. Johnson of Dash!
There has been so much talk in the past, about steemit needing someone like Amanda B. Johnson, to spearhead marketing efforts etc.
But did steemit really need an Amanda?
Is it entirely that Amanda is a great marketer or can it also be about her being female, in a crypto-world dominated mostly by the opposite sex, that brings the added spark or appeal?
Can it be her eye brows, facial makeup and perhaps, her hair bangs; that is the added appeal?
Yes, it is the "entire package"; what Dash is doing by means of Amanda and that favors marketing but in reality, is she better than our current Mitchell; Vp of marketing on Steemit?
This post is playful stuff, so don't take it too seriously. But seriously, play along!
We will keep it all open, to stir conversation and have a good time!

Take note that, it is one thing to be a good marketer and another thing to bring home sales. lol. Ask !
I don't know nilch, about marketing and sales. So my analysis is purely based on the limited information, in the form of these two videos. Indeed though, according to me, tiny information is where intentions lay and i am sure after this post, you will have felt something and your conviction will be made strong about whether steemit needed an Amanda or a Mitchell!

We needed to add two comments from Mitchell as his video was really short. We needed to create slight balance as Amanda's video was way lenghtier!
We'll cover a few qualities or traits of a Remarkable Marketer for this analysis. This is mostly to guide the conversation.
Note: This is just me playing!
I am mostly exerting one of my gifts; the one i use in understand life and humans!
Traits of a remarkable Marketer!
They are remarkable observers.
Mitchel instantly appealed to our senses and appealed to our human!
On steemit, crypto, blockchain etc, anonymity is a key feature. He knows this, thus, he selflessly gave away his privacy to appeal to our very emotions and "the person behind the steemian".
I am sure you probably felt the weight of those words, when he said them because, anonymity is a key feature of steemit, in the eyes many steemians
"So what makes you and me or a steemian tick; what makes you feel at home; what will make you fall in love with steemit even more?"
He paid attention to this things within or before his short intro.
Note, that Mitchell just joined steemit!
He already knows alot and has observed. In his comment above; it is evident that he knows that we like to called steemian and that we favor community, when he said this:

Amanda:
According to my neutral person as a crypto-novice and based solely on my feelings on a human level; "she was more about her tutorial", in her video.
The emotional expressions on her face were nice; they weren't dashing!
She didn't strike me that much, down to my person!
Her obversation must have been done before she arrange her analogy not within. She didn't appear to involve me. She was teaching me!
What if i already knew about "Evolution" and perhaps, better than she does?
On a human level, i wasn't sold!
I would follow every-crypto-where she goes, even though she doesn't know all about crypto; because she pulls you in, thus, involves you, by means of her glaring care.
You feel something! You are struck with something!
Yes, Amando knows the DASH facts but even teaching-wise, i see doing better!
She won it with her makeup but she still won't beat our ,

, if one of these steemwomen took charge of that tutorial.
I did see the appeal though!
If i was a crypto-guru, i probably will be drooling in admiration, at her prowess as a woman in crypto but mostly because of that!
Forgeting the DASH features already in place, i still see our Mitchel killing it better, if he took charge of Amanda's tutorials in the video above; to help people see why they should invest in or adopt DASH.
Pause a bit!
IMAGINE our Mitchell in Amanda's video and with the vibrancy he emanates etc. Don't you see him killing the marketing and sales aspects, in that video better than Amanda?
People in crypto are great minds and can see!
Yes, Amanda, will also appeal instantly to crypto-females or aspiring crypto-females as many females will look up to Amanda, as there aren't yet Many Amanda(s).
A win for Dash, in this regard but that is about it!
Question now is, is her marketing sustainable if her make-up fades?
Successful marketers have an obsession market behaviors!
Based on the limited info that we have here, i could still pick up more from Mitchell in terms of marketing prowess than i could from AMANDA.
You could feel he was talking to you. He felt it!
First things first, he needed to undergo the ritual of become a steemian and that is; living within the community.
His effort to reach out to us, is very pronounced. His uses key words, not exactly power words but words that we already familiar with and can relate with ultimately as a steemian and especially, in this timely moments of events with Dan and whale experiments as well as the constant talk of steemians; about the need for marketing.
He probably has heard of Dash and Amanda but he didn't bring it up because according to him, it is not about his strategies but about inciting the steemit community to connive in strategies.
He formed a longing within his short video; to reach out to us!
At the end of her video, Amanda led us to Dash.org!
A YouTube video reaches every niche of humans.
Many who still don't understand you grammar!
"How about pulling them in, in the video comments? How about touching the masses by showing some more of your human-side, away from a Dash representative, so that regular non-blockchain people on YouTube can relate? How about playing with languages a bit to say hello to non-crypto people in other nations, so that they fall in your arms, feeling at home?"
I felt this; better, with our Mitchell and i have not seen or

but even if they didn't have that much crypto-knowledge; i would follow them into trading at a loss!
will do much better in this Amanda video, even in terms of marketing and sales, let alone, if she had utmost Dash knowledge.
Mitchell killed it for me in his video and this is me talking a crypto-novice.
My feedback on this is a bit key as i see steemit is aimed as well at bringing steemit to a level of crypto-novice-friendliness!
The Dash FACTs are there and Amanda is a rare gem as she is a crypto-woman, and this is where DASH has a win in marketing but based off of this tiny information upon which my analysis is based and me as a crypto-novice; Mitchell kills it better, if he was VP of Marketing for Dash.
They are extremely curious.
The regular joe likes it better, when there is at least an illusion that he can reach out to for instance!
Mitchell:
His power words were; "we", "what do we do", "what strategies do we implement"; "it is not about what i do"etc.
Amanda, was just completing her speech all along. A pretty, made-up face, saying;
we have great features, thus, the need to join us.
Marketers want to know your thoughts on matters, your likes and dislikes. Stunning marketers always have incessant questions to and keep visualizing what your reaction would be in a different scenario. To do this, you must relate at a human level!
Look for on steemit.chat; he is there!
I have question though;
