i thought it takes nothing to upvote, thus i tried to upvote but it appears i ran out of steem power: and what is 'steem power'?
are there pertinent rules for posting? yes, i certainly wont be abusive but will tagging people in a post downvote you or flag your post as unworthy? how many hastags can one use in a post that will not render it reckless?
I have many questions but let me start by posing these very few and see if help finds its way to me!
