Hi, sorry, I didn't read the whole post but I will. Just two questions: how can one exchange steem (or steem dollars - I don't know what we should and can actually exchange yet) into real dollars? And I noticed that even while nobody is voting on my posts the sum in dollars rises all by itself - that happens on my powered up posts. And, also, when I posted my first powered up post, I also noticed that the amount of votes and the sum in $ on my previous (not powered up) posts proportionally rises too (I suddenly got around +50 votes on each on those posts), so I don't understand how that happens.
