Powering our steem account will never be as easy as it is today. That means when the value of steem grows then it will be way more hard to collect steem power.
What do you think about the price of steem ?
You may think the price of steem won't go more than $10. Then you are absolutely wrong. Steem is one of the most undervalued coin. It only has a market cap of $1 Billion and the price is almost 5 dollar. After full inflation even if $20 billion is invested in Steem in about a year or even less, it's price will jump to $90 per steem and it is absolutely possible for a coin like steem to get a market cap of $20 Billion or even more in future.
What that means ?
It means those who join steemit after 1 year will find it extremely difficult even to collect some steempower which you will get it now for ease. It used to be some day that when we use to get 1 SBD and 5 SP in a post payout and now we get almost 0.2 for 1 SBD. That means collecting power will be extremely difficult in the future. It would be no time when you will get only 0.005 Steem Power for 1 SBD and then only rich people will be able to invest in Steem.
Another important fact is you can curate your comments and get you some following. You will have power to upvote yourself and earn. Even if you collect around 100 SP then it will be your best decision and may be able to support your future.
Personally I believe within 5 years time steem will go upto $500 per steem but you always need to make your own decision !
