As silly as it sounds my first major goal on this site was to gain 500 followers. I have a bunch of small goals to reach my major ones. My smaller goals were met fairly quickly as they were 100, 200, 300 and 400 with the 500 number being the first major one to hit. Next one up is 1000 Followers.
I know many people have goals that focus on money and for me that is not my focus. I am focusing on building relationships, followers and my content. Yes I want to make some money just like anyone else does, but I figure if I focus on those three things the money will flow and so far I haven't done too bad here at Steemit.
I have told a few creative people about Steemit, but haven't started recruiting hardcord yet on my other social media accounts, mainly because I wanted to see if I could make it to 500 followers without that. I am really excited about Steemit and my future here. I have met some great people and this site really does feel like home to me.
The collaboration here is a wonderful thing. I designed 2 t-shirts last night, through collaboration that I might not have done had this site not been here. I still have some fine tuning to do to the t-shirts before they are ready for purchase, but I am working with 
Thank you to all 500 of my followers, without each and every single one of you I would not have 500 followers and be at my first goal. Next up 1000 followers, and to the ones I have yet to meet.
