Hello All Dear Steemit Friends,

So guys from the day people start their upvote selling and buying service like :- Hive account@smartsteem , Hive account@minnowbooster etc.. other scammers trying to scam people by give them fake promises and the saddest thing is that people are giving them their money without a proper research about them,

So basically from last few days iam receiving a memo and 0.01 steem in my wallet and a person with Steemit username "still-observer" saying in that memo that that account is a whale trail and if i send 5-25 SBD or Steem then i might get 10x of my Invested value and you can see the same thing on his profile page.

So basically i ignored his memo at first but when i received this more then 3 times then i decided to checkout his profile and on his wallet section i found that he is sending the same nemo to almost every steemian and some of the steemians already sent him 15 Steem/Sbd and they didn't even received anything in return,

Let me show you some examples from his wallet.

I found a user on his wallet named Hive account@steemuserfacts and that person sent 15 steem for promoting one of his post and received nothing in return and when he starts complaining about this in the memo of Hive account@still-observer then he told that person that you are on Steemit's Blacklist and if you want to remove yourself from that immediately then send me 20 Stee😅 i mean these scammers are now so much over confident that they are making big fake promises.
