I'm not a hundred percent on whether this keeps it from being removed, but try it. Go to your YouTube video (on desktop not mobile), hit the share button right beneath the video, it will drop down with the link you can copy , if you look right below share at that point there will be the embed tab, click it and then copy the link into your post. I gotta tell you though, if you embed it, the video will not show up as your picture for your post. If you want that same picture to be the post pic, you gotta manually upload the pic to img safe or something and then paste the link to the pic at the top of the post. Let me know if you want me to explain that in more detail. Hope that works and they can't remove it, because if not I don't see how Steemit is more efficient about not be censored than any other place, since I already am getting removed from FB over my name and I use that account to login to Steemit... doesn't seem like a very efficient way of logging in since Facebook can still ban us from Steemit if they like.
