Depart from home at 6.00am to catch the fishing boat at Kota Kinabalu jetty. The boat was booked 3 months in advance, and our captain for the 7 Star boat is Captain Mokthar. I know for the past 19 years as a captain, and one of the credible captain available at Kota Kinabalu. He brings 2 other crew with him.
The present fare for 3 days and 2 nights trip is RM3,500. The boat can accomodate up to 12 anglers. Our destination this time is to Karang-karang -Sazalie.
Although not much catch during the trip, it was enjoyable as the weather is good. It may be due to the presence of around 10 trawlers fish.
