i just do some research with regards to how much is the value of our vote and here is what i found :)

first is we determine the factors affecting OUR vote POWER
STEEM POWER = ACCORDING TO STEEMIT FAQ.
is a measurement of how much influence a user has in the Steem network. The more STEEM Power a user holds, the more they can influence the value of posts and comments. STEEM Power is less liquid. If a user wishes to “Power Down” SP, they will receive equal distributions of the STEEM weekly, over a 13 week period.
Value of STEEM
VOTING POWER = again according to Steemit FAQ
Every 100% vote you cast will use 2% of your remaining voting power. Your voting power will recharge by 20% each day. You can vote more than 10 times per day, but each vote will be worth less, and it will take longer to reach full voting power again.
So if you are MINNOW like me, i suggest you vote 9x daily and let your upvote power replenish the next day..
as for my experience, base on OBSERVATION, minnows vote power has a weight of .01$ per vote until 84% but voting lower than that it has no VALUE ANYMORE (it might change depends on steem value)

be sure not to drain your power since the replenish time is 20% daily :)
as of the moment here are the list of STEEM POWER (SP) and the Value of its VOTE according to https://steemnow.com/ it changes from time to time
