another day another workout.
Today we will be doing a leg tabata workout.
TABATA at it’s finest. Tabata= 4 minutes in total, 20 sec full power 10 sec relaxing. Swapping 2 exercises
- TABATA workout #1 leg raise & squat high jumps

I will be uploading Tabatas on a regular basis. You can combine them in any way and repeat them as much as you like. Take a one minute break between the Tabatas.
