I don't think that 5 posts a day thing still stands. You can make as many comments as you want. Your upvote will be worth less if you do it more than 9 times a day but handing out a bunch of zero cent votes won't hurt you. It will hurt your curation numbers if you care. Steemworld will tell you when your vote returns to full strength
