A great crypto exchange platform that worked very well for years for me till the Steemit HF19 day. I have no idea what went wrong... someone is talking about a hacking received on the Steem/SBD wallet on Poloniex... someone else is saying that maybe someone in their staff wasn't aware of the hard fork and it caused issued transferring currencies.
I don't know exactly what was the main reason of this problems BUT a thing I know is that I have transferred **514 SBD the morning of the HF19 so exactly 15 days ago and I am still waiting to see them accrued to my wallet on Poloniex.

Now the conversion exchange will be 6-700 UDS so I am losing money but what is making me angry is the fact that anyway the ticket opened since 15 days I haven't received any contact from them. It is insane. What if those money were the only one I have and I couldn't eat???
Honestly I have always considered you as a great platform... but this time you are seriously upsetting me.
How many of you guys are in my same situation??? please let me know I am not the only one in this shitty situation.
