Oh my goodness. The way my technologically deficient ass is tryna understand how the hell cryptocurrency works... I've been up since 4AM!!!!!
So about 4 days ago I heard about Steemit from a friend of a friend. So I'm like yea I've heard of Bitcoin and stuff like that but I didn't really know what it is. So finally I'm like whatever doesn't hurt to give this thing a shot.
So, two days later I sign up for Steemit and my account gets approved quicker then I thought it would!
Awesome, so I start messing around and make my profile and try and figure out how this thing even works.
** I don't even have Reddit**
I like to lie to myself as if I understand how any sort of technology works.
I might as well be a senior citizen living under a rock.
So I decide to take some time to do some research so I can " really " understand.
WELL I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR 6 HOURS STRAIGHT AND ITS 4:13 AM AND I HAVE ONLY SCRATCHED THE SURFACE OF UNDERSTANDING ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING
I CAN'T EVEN SLEEP ANYMORE CAUSE ALL I'M THINKING ABOUT IS THE ENTIRE CONCEPT OF BLOCKCHAINS AND CRYPTOCURRENCY
So if anyone can offer some sort of comprehensive guide for actual idiots, that would be amazing.
If I ever figure out what the hell I'm doing I'll let y'all know.
For now I'm pretty much just making everything up.
