Whoever runs the Steemit Facebook page(s) has my permission to download the video from Vimeo (there's a download link for the original file) and upload it to the FB page. From there, you can use Facebook advertising to promote the hell out of it. The tools there are amazing and allow you to really dial in your desired demographic.
