@twinner @Lizanomadsoul, @manncpt, @beers: A fundamental proof of community on steemit

I noticed something very special on steemit yesterday. Something that should make us all aware of what one of the core values of steemit could be. In a chain of events Hive account@twinner Hive account@beers @Lizanomadsoul and Hive account@manncpt (I will call them THE SOCIAL ARCHITECTS) empowered another user Hive account@jnmarteau by transferring substantial steemitpower to Hive account@jnmarteau. By doing so the social architects responded to a need of an individual but also to a need of the steemit platform in general! Its a realtime response to an individual need, but also to the entire community. By doing so they are socialy architecting this community.   

This is fundamental.    

I believe that one of the major qualities to achieve in any platform is its capacity to react to needs of an individual and to the needs of the structure of the platform we operate on. I call it resilience, the capacity to deal with challenges constructively, without losing hope or health.

In this specific case of Hive account@beers transfering steemitpower to Hive account@jnmarteau both challenges were addressed. Hive account@jnmarteau needed steemitpower inorder to overcome his challenge to continue contributing on steemit. Hive account@jnmarteaus challenge how ever arose from a challenge the community is facing in general, a limitation of posting opportunity. By distributing wealth (in terms of steemitpower) privilege was shared. I cant stress how important this process is in the establishment of a healthy community. Because it involves two factors:   

1. Sensitivity and empathy of the community towards its members (understanding when someone is in need) 
2. Generosity and readiness to share privilege (in essence overcoming greed and unhealthy – there is also healthy – egoism.   

I will post on this subject as I find it substantial for the development of this platform. I will also try and read if people have already posted on this subject. For now thank you to Hive account@twinner Hive account@beers, @Lizanomadsoul, Hive account@manncpt.
