Maybe its just me and maybe it's just because I vote too much.
I'm just noticing my voting power sucked all the way down around 50% which I get because the votes have more weight now. (Before HF19, my voting power usually stayed between 90-100% all day).
**That all said, I didn't hear anything about recharging being slower.** I truly don't even know much at all about recharging in the first place. * Is it the same pace for everybody or is it depending on some other factors?
Any feedback on this would be very much appreciated.
