One of the things I have always loved about the weekend, is the time that it affords us for reflection. Without all the constant buzz of routine, there are moments to just sit, be and absorb. I don't think we actually give ourselves adequate time to do this, when in essence, it is something we should be doing for ourselves every single day.
A change in direction does not always happen overnight, but when you become contemplative on a regular basis, then the voice of vision gets a whole lot louder.
