Today allow me to share with you, what I have learnt from this passage of Scriptures.
Mathew 25:14-27
For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

These are the principles or lessons that I have learnt.
- Each one as got each at least
The bible says this king called his three servants and gave them talents. None of them missed, they all got something.
God being a generous God out of his eternal love, Mercy and grace has given each one of us a certain special talent or ability to do something. Nobody is without. To some their talents are plainly seen or discovered, but to some we have to do a little bit of work. We need to dig out all the wrong things around us that have crowded our connection to self, to the extent we do not see clearly our special ability or our potential. Let me assure you brethren, it there you have it. Just look more keenly.
At your physical birth you came with it, may be what you went through distorted you but you have it. Not only that but even at your spiritual birth you received a special grace to do something for God through his people. Whether you received it at your physical birth or spiritual birth God wants it to serve him.

- What you have it is a perfect fit
The in verse 15 it says, to everyone it was given according to his several ability. So it was not a case of being given to much or too little, it was a fit.
Whatsoever God has given you it matches everything you are. All several ability are a support system to that talent or grace given to you by God. God has already equipped you for what he has called you to do.
All your experiences, trainings and relationships are just a fit. No one has too much or too little. We do not need to envy other peoples ability, talents, opportunities and grace. That will produce imitation, it can produce discontentment, unthankfulness towards God, inferiority towards others, anger and resentment, competition and worse unproductiveness.
So far the ground is levelled everyone has being given a talent not only that but according to each individuals several ability.
He has given responsibility he will come for accountability.
Whatever God has given us we will account for it, because he gives us for his service. Friends we are just stewards of God's blessings, graces and talents.We are judged according to our faithfulness to the gifts not the size of the results.
He said well done faithful servant.
All God wants, is for us to be faithful in using what he has given us.
It is being wicked and slothful not to use the talents he gives us to bring him glory. It is important the to be careful with decisions we make about all the things that God gives us, because He will hold us accountable.
As I concluded I beseech you brothers and sisters to always remember it all for him. Do not despise your smallest service to him, if that is the only opportunity you have. Big or small it does it matter do it for him.
