This was done almost entirely in the Procreate app on an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. I then took it into Photoshop just for the "image within image" drawing manipulation and the lettering. I've gradually been getting more practiced at Procreate and am finally starting to fall in love with it. A lot of my motivation to keep persevering with the change of tools and workflow has come from seeing the great results
According to Procreate I spent 2 hours and 42 minutes drawing. I'd like to spend a bit more and may revisit this for some detailing and color but I'm afraid with my schedule the next couple days if I don't post tonight I won't hit the deadline !

I'll be attempting to upload the process video of this piece to the new dTube service on the Steem blockchain, so you'll most likely see a second post generated by that!

I'm just excited to help build the comic art community here on Steem so I'm taking myself out of the prize running for this inaugural competition. I'll also donate the liquid rewards from this post to fund future prizes for the Steemit Comic Trials.
