Now I just want to share this to all about the role of a teacher.
Well, having into teaching I could say that the learner’s well being with his endeavors at school must be clearly given emphasis, and not to be taken for granted. It is highly advisable that we must pay enough attention to the needs of our student and help must always available.
As a teacher, I will be more aware of giving much more positive remarks and appreciate those achievements they have. I will encourage those who are not doing well by uplifting their sense of interest through having various activities and programs that would make learning more fun and livable.
The role of a teacher in students’ lives is very essential to the development of academic performance of a child. Thus, it brings the best of them and makes them do great in studies. The feeling of being heard, expressed ideas freely, uplifting the interest in studies, the sense of belongingness and an open ear to listen are the ways to encourage the students to be by themselves and to be understood as well.
Kudos to all the teachers, I know the great task embodied to you in the society.
