As an Author we must think before we post something and as a Curator we must vote wisely. Both Author and Curator must think if the article or content we post and upvote is true, inspiring, beneficial, necessary, helpful or just simply non sense. Is it worth to waste your time reading it or does your upvote worth for that article.
I guesss others chosen to go or used bots for Vote Buying, Selling Upvotes and Delegations of Steem Power because some Steemians felt that some human curators do not really care about the good quality of articles, but rather upvote or curate and supports only their friends, the group they belong, or their allies or others go for upvote for upvote without even reading the article. Others might upvote and follow other users because of popularity or they admired them by physical beauty.
Others might judge a book by its cover, they don't see the beauty inside or read the quality article because they already judged the the author outside.
They will reserve their Voting power, Bandwidth and delegations of Steem Power of those they only wanted to support... We can't blame them if they chose to upvote and support their group of friends or allies, It's their choice and that's what friends are for...
Other's will keep posting as much as they can in a day, seems like they used Steemit like Facebook, Instagram or other social media just for nothing to gain upvotes and earn, they don't care about the value and quality of articles. Quantity than quality they are doing to earn a lot.
You cannot be a good curator if you can't be a good author, you can't appreciate and curate good quality of articles or content if you can't write and post a good quality of articles too.
We can build a good relationship with other Steemians while maintaining the good quality of this platform. The Steemit is not only about bread and butter, it is also about the community where Steemians can learn, grow and succeed.
