Does self crush mean you are proud? Man is naturally created to be selfish. But "self-crushing" is needed for boosting one's self esteem. So please love yourself. It isn't a crime to be in love with yourself. It actually helps you to love others. Because if your ego is damaged (low self-esteem) and you try to show love, you will always end up feeling inferior. Whatever happens in your relationship, if you don't know how and learn to love yourself, your mind will tend to fall through with your low self esteem.. Oh man! Love thyself!
