FUNNY PASTA SALAD WITH CHICKEN
Today at the Easy Cooking School, I bring you a delicious pasta salad for the children of the house, there are times when it costs us to give vegetables and chicken to children, because they do not like its taste, but this time, I assure you that they will ask for more of this salad, we will prepare this rich dish with healthy ingredients, both for the small ones and for the big ones, I hope they do not lose detail of each one of the ingredients.

Chicken:
Chicken meat is a great source of protein, in addition, provides essential minerals for the body such as potassium and calcium. That's not counting the amount of B-complex vitamins that it gives us, with the extra benefit of having few carbohydrates and minimal calories.

Eggs:
Maybe you have not heard it, but the eggs are no longer on the list of bad foods. Although eggs are high in cholesterol, researchers now know that the cholesterol in the food does not raise blood cholesterol levels; saturated fats yes. So if you like hard-boiled eggs, include them in your diet a few days a week. Hard-boiled eggs are low in calories and a good source of protein. In addition, they are also one of the few foods that contain vitamin D.

Carrots:
Normally, when we talk about carrots we remember vitamin A, or beta-carotene, but the carrot also has vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin K, as well as other important nutrients, such as minerals and fiber.

Spaghetti:
Even so, the paste contains vitamins of group E and B, which are considered cellular antioxidants. The pasta also provides an acceptable percentage of vegetable fiber, (especially whole pasta), which favors gastrointestinal function and helps metabolize cholesterol and triglycerides.

OK, we start with this recipe easy to prepare, on one of those days that we almost do not have time. I share the ingredients and the procedure to prepare this delicious cold or hot salad of pasta and chicken.
Ingredients:
- Chicken in strips
- Carrots in cubes
- Potatoes in cubes
- Cooked eggs
- Onion julienne but this is optional
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste is also optional
I clarify that the salt and pepper are to give flavor to the chicken strips, in this way we highlight it in the salad.
We start by seasoning the chicken strips and reserve for a few minutes.
In different containers we put enough water to sew the pasta, the carrot and the potato, once this is done, drain and reserve until we cook the chicken and we will have all the ingredients ready to season the pasta salad.
In a frying pan we place the chicken with very little oil, this should be golden brown.

In a glass container or your preference, we begin by adding one of the ingredients, first the pasta, with everything else, as I show in the step by step of the photographs.
The dressing, with a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little mustard, this is to the taste of the person, because if your child does not like some of the ingredients you can change them for another.
To the salad add extra a few drops of lemon, I can say that it gave a unique and special flavor.
