Since childhood we have been adapting unhealthy habits and attitudes, it is normal for us to reject healthy things, because our palate is accustomed to what tastes good, what is harmful and what looks good before our eyes, without realizing that Those Foods are what really help. nutrition of the human body.
It is very easy to say:
- Do not serve me vegetables because I do not like them
- I do not like grains
- I can not stand the soups
- I do not want to eat legunbres
- I do not like chicken
There are so many negative things when it comes to eating healthy foods, that we do not realize the damage we are causing and this could reduce your health.
Let's begin by explaining the importance of consuming healthy and beneficial foods for your body:
Breakfast: one of the most important meals of the day, since you come to spend 8 or more hours lying down sleeping and you need to replace glucose, which is the source of energy of the body. The brain feeds on glucose, but does not have the capacity to store it. If you want to have an agile day and with very good concentration, you should include breakfast to your day.
It is important to include fruits in your daily diet, it is always good to drink a natural energy drink, homemade, not those that come in bottles and ads, full of chemical additives, you must do it yourself because it is what helps keep your active levels very high, because the day to day that touches us is strong and we must be prepared.
I invite you to try the mango and avocado meringues. The latter is used by athletes as a nutritious food and gives a lot of energy.
Including a good breakfast, fruits and drinks, I guarantee that you will have a full day of many energies, but you should not leave home without a good breakfast.

Reasons for lunch
Lunch is a fundamental part that the body needs to recover energy and face any activity that is required, and this keeps your metabolism active, lunch can be a third of the daily nutritional contribution for schoolchildren, so that it becomes a fundamental meal that helps them in a healthy and healthy growth and development.
It is necessary to eat complete and healthy meals, which include Flours, salads and proteins, I leave one of the dishes prepared by me, there we can include, meats, soups, grains and other healthy foods.
Now we go with the dinner:
Dinner, less important food because you have fed your body with two powerful meals, such as breakfast and lunch; for this reason it is advisable to dine very lightly and in the early hours of the afternoon, it is recommended at least between 5 and 5:30 in the afternoon, so that the organism makes the digestion early and thus they can sleep very well throughout the night.
