As representatives or educators we must evaluate the development of children at school and personal level, their attitudes and abilities to have an idea of how to guide them to reach their goals and be a person realized in the future. Do not skip any activity, however small.
Everyone has a talent.
If you observe that your child has some talent such as painting, singing or dancing it is good to enroll them in parallel activities with the school so that they can learn more about the subject and be able to assume if they really like this type of activity or any other. Children are very changeable as they grow up, one day they want to be a footballer and the other swimmer. The idea is not to criticize it or to make it fulfill a dream by the parents' desire but to accompany it in each step of transition it has.
