Here are 5 tips to keep you and your children safe this halloween.
- Drive extra safely. There are going to be lots of kids and adults out on this spooky night so keep your eyes peeled. Scan multiple times, as I like to say "better safe than sorry".
- If you are a parent or guardian make sure you keep your kids in sight. There will be kids running around everywhere so you could get caught looking at the wrong children.
- check your kids or your candy before eating it. If there are any candies out of wrappers throw them out or contact authorities if they look like pills or drugs.
- use flashlights and/or glow sticks. These two things can both be found at nearly any department store or grocery store. It will make a big impact on how your night turns out, in a positive way.
- wear comfy shoes because if yours or your childs feet start to hurt it could cut the night short.
Those are my 5 helpful tips and tricks so you can have a fun halloween. Please be supportive and have a good day.
