I like this post, but millenials and generation Z are two different generation brackets and yes they share some defining characteristics in terms of the advent of technology, there are still a lot of stuff that distinctly set them apart esp. In the case of this article.... General Z from 1999 - date, mellenials 1990 - 1998 this subtle difference would better highlight the temperament of each generation with regards to the discussion....
